The rules for using this website.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website, getoverpowered.ai, is run by [TO COME (D2, OQ-11): company legal name], registered in [TO COME (D2, OQ-11): country], [TO COME (D2): postal address] ("we", "us"). Contact: [TO COME (D1): contact email address].
These terms apply when you visit this website. They do not cover the OverPowered app or its code: section 4 explains what does. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data: [link to /privacy/].
[LAWYER: Provider information. Check whether the company's country, or the countries we target, require a legal notice with more details on the website (for example registration number or VAT number), and where it must appear.]
2. What this website is
This website presents OverPowered, an app that orchestrates your AI agents. It links to the places where you can download the app and see its code. Both are on GitHub. You cannot buy anything on this website, and there are no user accounts.
3. Features not yet confirmed
Some features on this website carry the label "Not confirmed yet". They describe what we intend to add. We have not confirmed that they are in the app you can download today. They may change, come later or not come at all. Nothing on this website promises a feature, a date or a price.
Pictures marked "Illustration", the animated dashboard and the film show examples we wrote. They are not real data and not real results.
4. The app and its code
- Where they are. The OverPowered app and its code are published on GitHub. GitHub's own terms and privacy statement apply on GitHub.
- What governs them. Your use of the app and its code is governed by the licence published with them: [TO COME (Saif, QL-3): licence name and link]. That licence, not these terms, says what you may do with the app and the code, and what we do and do not promise about them. [LAWYER: whether the app also needs its own terms or a notice shown before it is used; see Part B, LQ-9.]
- Free. OverPowered is free to download and use. If we ever ask for payment for OverPowered or any part of it, we will say so clearly before you pay anything. [LAWYER: what stays available under the licence for versions already released; see Part B, "What the licence choice changes".]
- Your AI tools. OverPowered works through your own AI tool accounts. Those tools are not ours. Their makers' terms, limits and prices apply to your accounts with them, and your plans and usage costs with them are yours. A maker may limit, suspend or close your account under its own terms.
5. Using this website
You may use this website for your own information. Please do not:
- try to access parts of the website or its systems that are not public, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission;
- disrupt or overload the website, or use it to send harmful code;
- use the website in a way that breaks the law.
We may block access from a network or device that does any of these things.
[TO COME (khaled-security, if the human wants it before 29 October 2026): how to report a security issue in the website or the app, for example a security contact or a security policy in the repository.]
6. Other companies' names and trademarks
This website names products made by other companies to say where OverPowered is published and what it works alongside. GitHub is where the app and its code are published. [IF AI tools are named on the site after Saif confirms them (QL-4): The website also names AI tools that OverPowered runs.] Those names, and any logos or trademarks, belong to their owners. We use the names only to identify their products.
OverPowered is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by GitHub or any other company named on this website, unless we say so expressly with their written permission.
7. Our content
The text, design, illustrations, animations and film on this website belong to us or to people who have allowed us to use them. [TO CONFIRM (D8): ownership of the OverPowered name and logo, and who made the original logo image.] You may view the website and share links to it. Please ask us before copying our content for any other purpose.
The licence of the app and its code applies to them as section 4 says. It does not give you any right to use the OverPowered name or logo, except as that licence allows. [LAWYER: wording, depending on Saif's licence; see Part B.]
8. Links to other websites
This website links to websites we do not run, including GitHub. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
9. Availability and changes to the website
We may change, pause or close this website, or any part of it, at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
10. No warranty
We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but we provide it as it is, for general information only. [LAWYER: wording of the disclaimer, its limits under the governing law, and the rules that protect consumers in the countries we target.]
11. Our liability
[LAWYER: liability clause. Draft starting point: "Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law." Anything beyond that sentence is for the lawyer, under the governing law in section 13.]
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you use the website applies.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [TO COME (D2, OQ-11) and LAWYER: country]. [LAWYER: courts or dispute resolution, and the protections that consumers keep under the law of the country where they live.]
14. Contact
[TO COME (D2, OQ-11): company legal name], [TO COME (D2): postal address]. Email: [TO COME (D1): contact email address].
